A slightly skewed view of politics, films, sports, food and drinks (and the occasional poem)

I suppose the bright side of this story is that it anticipates the end of the disastrous Bush regime...

President Bush will have the option of three University of Texas locations and a 90-acre spread near his father's archives at Texas A&M University for his presidential library and museum. The state's two largest university systems submitted proposals Wednesday, entering a crowded field of Texas institutions vying for the home of the president's archives. Baylor, Southern Methodist and Texas Tech universities and the city of Arlington also made bids, or planned to, before today's deadline.
