Question: Who got the better end of the deal?
Well, I can say that the American people got the raw end of the deal...
The American People got the raw end of the deal? What are you talking about. Bush was elected TWICE in this country. Now, I admit, if the Dems put forth a halfway decent candidate, Bush wouldn't have even been elected once - but they continue to choose far left wing liberal candidates.
The fact is that things have been so bad for democrats that even their own tv show - the West Wing -isn't resonated anymore with the American people. Thus, its cancellation.
John Roberts and Alito were both eminently qualified to sit on the court. Neither are idealogues.
