Not to be a wet blanket, but I, personally, do not endorse Dean for the DNC Chairmanship. While he might be able to help lead the Democratic Party to victory, I don't think he will ever be able to overcome the damage that he did to himself and thereby be able to present himself as the standard bearer of the party.
SO who would be your choice? Rhomer (Pro-Life conservative)? Martin Frost, who runs ads connecting himself to Bush, and Kay Bailey? Whatever harm Dean may have done to his rep will be overcome by the grassroots change in the party. We need Dean to turn us from pseudo-repubs and back into hard fighting dems. We have a fight on our hands with Social Security and the war. We can win the midterms if we fight as hard as we can and we can only do that with Dean as chairman.
