It's always been frustrating to hear the right continue to advance the false notion that there is a liberal media bias. Of course, even if that were the case, it wouldn't be anywhere near as insidious a threat to our democracy than where the radical right wing regime resorts to systematically paying off journalists and commentators. Armstrong Williams told David Corn there were others and now we're seeing that he was telling the truth. The only thing more upsetting than the payoffs is that almost half of the country is perfectly willing to accept this. Whereas if the Clinton administration had attempted similar shenanigans....
